We like this first logo (connected double D). But we would like to move away from the traditional black and red color for motorcycle websites. That's why these complementary colors appeared. We want the logo in one color, so yours is ok. If you tried to place it on various surfaces / gadgets, such as the already mentioned black T-shirt with a colored sleeve - we could imagine what the logo would look like in space.
